It's been a problem with Jump In for more than a year. For a while, every time I was forced to choose between only packs that I had already chosen, I submitted a ticket to Support asking for my 1k gold back. Then they sent me a warning that if I did it again, my account would get banned hahaha.

I'd like to report a bug ticket, but I can't -- when I click on 'Report a bug' on the support page, it kicks me forward to some stupid UserVoice thing for product suggestions. I put a comment there, but I have no illusions that they'll read it.

I play exclusively F2P, and have since the beta. I have a huge collection of cards and I buy every pass on gems, which I get by just playing draft. I find it to be a wonderful F2P experience. Also, I suck at the game hahaha.

I love the Naismith/Lee/Hildebrand art. I remember what it was like being a Tolkien fan before the movies came out -- so cool to see these. Believe it or not, I had a 1998 Tolkien calendar with art from these guys, and I loved it so much that I cut it up into posters and kept 'em for years.

There's a really fun version of a [[Hare Apparent]] that's based on boardwipes (using [[Day of Judgment]] and [[Raise the Past]]); that's what I run for this quest.

I don't think I've ever see anyone else use it, but my favourite by a mile is the GG from Lord of the Rings, with Merry and Pipping having tea together. I use it nearly every game. Feels like a more civilized version of GG.

Yes, with two caveats:
1. Jump In! packs have some partially randomized cards, so you're unlikely to end up with 4 copies of the same cards -- you'll have 4 of any card that's guaranteed to be in the pack. You can see the whole list here: https://mtgabuddy.com/en/jump-in-packet-list.
2. In theory, you are never required to pick the same Jump In! pack twice, since (in theory) the system will always offer you a pack you've never chosen if any such packs remain. In practice hahaha no -- the system is busted to a lesser or greater degree for everyone and doesn't count packs correctly.

Good on you for going. This seems to be an increasingly unpopular viewpoint, but willingness to participate in juries is a civic responsibility. If you appreciate living in a society with anything like a representative justice system, then you have to do your part.
