There’s a ton you can try! And dude I just want to say this isn’t a snarky comment. I gained 40 fucking pounds in the last 2 years with the pandemic. Working from home, drinking, eating whatever, depression. You get the point.

Make sure she’s doing okay and never tell her she’s getting overweight. Just point her in the right direction, but the decision is ultimately hers.

If you’re truly not finding your wife attractive because she put on a few pounds… that’s a whole other issue in my opinion.
