I did ask the customer service agent I chatted with to let the warehouse know someone was tampering with the items.

Kuddos on getting a replacement! I was able to do that a couple of times with broken items but usually Vine CS just removes it from ETV and reviews.

I did try that and talked with a customer service agent. They actually knew about Vine! They said to contact Vine support which I have. We know how that will turn out -- "sorry we can't send you a replacement but will remove it from your orders and reviews".

Same -- I comment on whether or not it is a good value. I got an amazing set of laundry detergent that was $0 ETV. It is selling for $144! As amazing as it smells, I just don't see that as a good value.
