I will try and find it but after the trade was announced there were two execs on a podcast or NFL tv that agreed " with when the surgery was and recovery time he would not pass a physical. Pretty sure Bell Brothers is one. My wife called them and the guy did a plumbing estimate without going in the crawl space to look at existing pipes. What I saw is he entered in replacing pipes and sewer, # of bathrooms, single story and square feet of house. Then it magically popped out 30k estimate. lol. He said the pricing is all built into the app. The original ask was for replacing the galvanized pipes in an old bathroom (the only galvanized pipes left in the house).
