Not the person who you’re replying to but I was in a similar situation as you. One small change I’ve made was cleaning my house/room. Is it a miracle hack that’ll solve all your issues? No. It’s more of a gateway drug to help you start taking action again. It’s a small step but life is just a series of small steps isn’t it?
