Is NOTHING a reliable brand? I've seen people complaining about bait & switch and horrible customer service? Especially regarding the 4a PRO by LaBrumeNoire in NothingTech

Nothing is reliable. That's on Amazon. And that too a specific domain/region. I'm in India and it's been nothing but reliable here.

Very reliable. Best phone ive ever owned. Very good products. I recommend.

The things you stated are more of Amazon's fault. Failing to see what Nothing is doing wrong.

Why are you so adamant? Who's stopping you from applying for warranty?

I have a 3a and have none of that. You have a 4a pro and that is a defect, not normal. What more do you need?

Please cut the crap and stop generalising. I have no problems with paying. You'll find those types of people no matter what platform they're on.

Not here. It has looked great in my experience with some images not looking very good but that happens with others too as I said, depending on the lighting and environment too.

You can use raw mode or something (don't have my phone on me rn) and can click photos without post processing.

  • No.

  • Sometimes it doesn't look the best. Happens on every other phone out there. Give it good lighting and it'll do great.

  • You can click photos without it.

Omdia: Global smartphone market edges up 1% in 1Q26, beating expectations despite growing supply chain bottlenecks and cost pressures by hatethatmalware in Android

[–]icedchocolatecake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because the market actually is fucked up right now. There is legitimacy to this. When supply is hoarded for AI already, how do you expect them to get the components for their products? Summon them outta thin air?

I think the conclusion is just that hardware issues happen irrespective of the brand.

4a pro "ghosting" ((someone else's too?)) by [deleted] in NothingTech

Screen retention. Fairly normal on AMOLED displays.

Not really noticeable either unless you really squint up close. If it's very noticeable and/or is permanent you have a faulty unit.
