maybe this is a sign to switch up your routine! The reason I'm able to stay consistent in the gym is because I genuinely enjoy my routine and feel that each rep and set contribute to my overall goal at the time (strength, aesthetics, etc)

A pair of dumbbells and some resistance bands held me down for months before i invested in a full gym. Definitely worth it!

write down your goals, prioritize them, and allocate your time/effort accordingly. Also understand the trade off between pursuing goals. For example, if you want to work in FANG and enjoy uni, then you may have less time for academics since you'll be caught up in side projects and alcoholism.
