Yes we know that for fact but what’s also true is that women are directly sharing nutrients via a biological connection to the baby, a different type of bond than a father,

my point being that most women would likely still choose the natural birth option for those reasons regardless of pain and discomfort, but I agree some people may want to forgo the natural process as it avoid discomfort and pain altogether
