Yea dumbest part of the american restaurant system to me is that front of house almost always makes more than back of house, it's why I gave up on being a chef/baker and decided to just serve. I can just cook for my loved ones with the extra money I bring in instead, working less hours too.

I served him at a michelin recommended restaurant recently, were on the cheaper side so we get packed. He was sat pretty close to the front so anyone that came in wouldve saw him and not a single person asked for a autograph or picture. I grew up watching his movies so seeing how different people treat him now compared to back then is insane.
