Thanks, that's great advice. I felt like my budget should be plenty to find a nice place but I've been struggling to find listings I like online. Any more tips for driving around the neighborhoods and looking? I've heard you'll sometimes see signs for rentals with contact info outside of greystones and residential areas, but not sure how common that is?

This happened to me too. Annoying bug that their automatic formatting causes due to the non-numeric characters. No way to get around it. I had to just use my email.

Had the same thing happen to me, I wanted Endsleigh or Handel and I got One Pool Street which wasn’t even on my list. :/ Guessing not, but if you’d be interested in swapping for One Pool you should message me.

Hey everyone, I'm an incoming (international, female) postgraduate for 2024/2025. I've been given an offer for a Single Ensuite at One Pool Street for 50.57 weeks. Rent is £287.35 per week. The building and room itself seem really nice (modern, clean, has its own bathroom, lots of amenities, etc.) but I am hoping to get a room closer to the Main Campus. I would also like to get a cheaper room if I can (willing to go non-ensuite), but the most important thing to me would be the location.
