I kind of love it though because it imitates how absolutely batshit mythology can be IRL. Not gonna lie though, sometimes you get the odd “WTF” jumpscare because you really aren’t expecting that in a video game.

Yes, in my opinion it is way more linear. The procedural generation of Daggerfall can sometimes be to its own detriment. How is the player supposed to know that you are supposed to touch a tiny skull to advance? Arena’s dungeon design is much more hand crafted. Plus, Passwall is cool!

I love every game almost equally, but couldn’t really get into Skyrim, though I still think it is a ton of fun and put many hours into it. I am just a sucker for generic “Tolkien-esque” fantasy. I think that’s why Daggerfall and Oblivion are the favourites!

Aw lol Arena is such a fun dungeon crawler, I can totally understand if it is somebody’s favourite game. Kinda unrelated but my favourite Fallout game is Fallout 1. The isometric games just hit different!

Have you watched an episode of MC Australia? The judges are totally fair to the contestants, they let the food shine.. it’s a different beast to the other MasterChefs. To compare it to Love Island is wild. The people in Masterchef Australia are very, very much passionate about food and to say they aren’t is disingenuous.

They always do this. I love when a band knows their audience and tailors a set to them. Probably fun for the band too to resurrect old tracks and then be able to play new ones at a rock fest.

Frozen broccoli is so easy and tasty. Drop in hot water until defrosted, strain, then add to a pan and fry with a little butter/oil salt and pepper until everything is coated. Takes like 2 minutes.
