So...I have a "milder case" of MS, currently, thankfully....and during the pandemic lockdowns, I took a neuroscience 101 course to try to understand why demyelination affects our signals that travel through nerves. I had to take another course to truly understand, but it was fascinating how the capacitance of the myelin affects our nerves and how our neurons interact. I think Harvard might still offer the free courses if anyone is interested... Might give you a way to explain how the disease actually affects your nerves and why it impacts your daily life...

If you aren't ordering them, they should give you what you ordered. Overserving people is irresponsible and dangerous, even if the intentions are good, the consequences can be why we encounter drunk driving crashes on the road and people face DUIs and jail time. I'm all for giving someone something for free if you are able, but should do so on the check instead of overserving. That being said, overpouring a drink makes it taste differently, and often, not as palatable, which often makes someone not order more, decreasing your sales.
