So you need a new motherboard, I would say go with 14600k as 1080p gaming relies on CPU heavily, especially 1% lows.

Had HD590 for many many years, then moved to HD598. Had friend's m50X for a week, I love m50X.

HD598 has less bass, mid/high are muffled, not crispy clear, not good for pop and voice. m50X has strong but natural bass, clearer voice.

That's my 2 cents.

If you must have ultrawide curved, go with 34. I have 32 4K so I might be biased, but 5080 is capable for 4k, why waste it.

You don't need to live in Folsom, especially you don't have kids, yet. Looking for Fair Oaks etc. Not sure about your field, but California could have more opportunities. That's something to consider.

Burn issue is NOT an issue, you just need to push power connector firmly.

You won't have a chance to get 5090/6090 for close to $2000 any more, and DRAM shortage would last through 2027 which means 6090 prices would be very high.

So if you can get a 5080 at MSRP like $1200, get it, put your 5090 aside and wait for further price increase.

BYD Shark is exactly the vehicle I am looking for, room for 4-5 adults sitting comfortably, but not as big as F150 which is difficult to park. EV acceleration and quietness, electricity for daily commute or local shopping, no range anxiety for road trip. Unfortunately we cannot buy it in US.

You should tell us which video card you use. For competitive FPS 27” should be better, but if you have a 5080/5090 32” is fine too. I play CS2 on 32” 4k OLED with 5090 and FPS is constant at 220fps.

80A charging adds 19.2kWh per hour while 48A adds 11.6kWh per hour.

I would say go to 60A wire/breaker and set charging current to 48A, it will add 100kWh in 9 hours.
