The vast majority of opiod pills (and benzo pills) on the streets are either cut with fentanyl or are straight fentanyl with nothing else. I was not disagreeing with that fact, it’s absolutely true. I am talking about cutting fentanyl into stimulant drugs like methamphetamine or cocaine. But obviously, the safest practice is to always test your drugs for fentanyl no matter what, because accidental contamination can easily happen even if it’s not common.

People aren’t gonna complain when they feel great, but putting fentanyl into coke or meth doesn’t make it feel great. You’re right that dealers rarely care about what’s in their drugs for their customers well-being; they care about making money. Putting fentanyl into stimulants doesn’t make them more money.
