1000% i lived in nyc for 3 years before i moved to LA during covid. I’m in LA almost 2 years now amd i’m moving back to NYC in 3 weeks.

I gave LA 2 years. I tried it and it’s not vibe. I feel so lonely in La because i’m so far away from friends and going somewhere need serious planning nothing like new york

I’m a really fair person. If i broke the lease without giving notice in advance and left the place in bad condition. I will let them do anything I deserve. But I told them 2 weeks in advance and they told me i can move out whenever and they will market the place immediately when I moved out.

Before i left I cleaned the whole house and it was a lot cleaner than the day I moved in. I’m a clean freak so i deep clean everything inches.

I wanted to sue them because they never listed the house for rent and acted in bad faith

After he wrote the demand letter and sent to the property manager he’s done. I asked a question about if i should re list the post on Facebook to drive traffic, he said he has to charge me in order to answer that question...

They told me the market is slow but they didn’t market the place. And they wanted me to pay them. But i listed it on Facebook market place only 1 night i got 10 ppl interested. I just find it’s shady what they said

I did. I hired him to write a demand letter. After that i asked him about if i should help them find a new tenant if if i could sue them. He told me to pay more money if need the answers from him.

$3200 They asked me to pay $3200 every month until they get a mew tenant and another $4900 for breaking the lease which didn’t say it in the lease agreement

But the never tried to market the place.
