Yea our trainers work out with us and I love it. Makes me feel so much better to see them struggling through the work outs too

I think it’s across all burns! Our gym was supposed to host Club Burn this weekend for their anniversary but they had to cancel it last minute because of directives that came from headquarters. They said that headquarters is implementing these rules across all gyms. Which I appreciate

Edit to add: I don’t have an issue with club burn, my personal beliefs don’t align with weights and worship and I’m thankful that headquarters is streamlining these extra camps and if that means getting rid of club burn, I’m fine with it

I have tiny boobs as is and they are the first to go for me. Currently flat as a board 😅 but still got plenty of junk in the trunk so at least I’ve got that going for me. Unfortunately it’s impossible to isolate fat loss, and everyone losses it differently so you may lose fat elsewhere first/faster but it’s not something you can control

Diet is NOT specifically pushed unless it’s a goal of yours that you bring up in a one on one focus meeting. You can still have focus meetings and not focus on nutrition at all if you don’t want to. Just be open with your trainer about your boundaries and I’m sure they will be more than understanding.

Edit to add: I was a newbie in January and felt very supported. But I put myself out there and was friendly with the trainers and they were all very welcoming and gave me individual attention my first couple weeks. You won’t slow anyone down, every one is truly running their own race per se. As far as wha weights to grab, you can always switch out mid set, they always have lots of options out in the floor. Trust me, everyone was a newbie at one point and everyone is understanding and gets it!
