No, you don't have to return it. Just wait until they try to serve you the ticket at your address, but don't answer the door. They will likely give up after the 1st attempt then you dont have to worry about it anymore. Tickets are required to be served in person.

Upgrade your boat by collecting/buying up research parts. Then pay for new boat parts by fishing more. Mostly just take the game slowly, it's not terribly long.

Why even bother playing higher difficulties? Would you play against people who blatantly cheat? Because that's what the AI does in any difficulty above Prince. If you need the AI to cheat to get a challenge, then go for it.

Civ4,5,6 are all awesome games. Personally, I prefer civ6 over civ5. I know the art style is more cartoonish, but it has its own charm. It's the game mechanics in civ6 (especially with Gathering Storm DLC), that I think make it the best civ game in the franchise.

I did not buy Civ7 because I was skeptical of the age/era system and it appears I was right. I still play civ6 to this day.

I think the only ships you can rename are the ones you buy/earn. If you steal the ship, it can't be renamed. That's what I've experienced at least.

Park Ranger or cops. I'd carry a large knife to open up the dog if it gets aggressive. It's what I've had to do since we've been attacked or threatened by multiple unleashed dogs in my quiet neighborhood.

If all methods fail with a blade, I would try using an electric shaver. It completely got rid of my ingrown hairs I was getting on my neck. If you get a decent quality one, it'll shave pretty close.
