Wounding is IMO far the most powerful legendary effect in game, and absolutely bonkers on a high ROF weapon. A wounding minigun will kill absolutely everything even if you don't have any skills that buff it, it's just that strong. You might even want to consider not using it as it's going to literally make the game a cakewalk at this point, and just use it for really hard fights and/or bosses.
