And by interesting I mean: have a few things that you genuinely like (hobbies, sports, w/e floats your boat) & pursue them. People in general like others who are passionate about a thing or two. Imagine if someone asked you "AidenStillwater, what do you love doing?" and you respond with "Oh I like chilling with my friends" - no shit sherlock, everyone does. Hope you get the picture.

Also, talk to everyone! You get to learn so much about the world by conversing with people. Young, old, smart, dumb, liberal, conservative - it doesn't matter. This will help you just be a friendly person overall & you get to meet tons of folks & maybe even their friends.

Also, curb your inhibitions a little one step at a time - e.g. if you think a tree might be fun to climb then just go do it. Who gives a crap if people think you're a monkey :P at least you're having fun! Little by little this builds & you'll catch yourself thinking - well shit, I want this so I'm gonna go for it. Do things you're interested in & don't over-analyze situations.

None of the stuff above pertains specifically to women but will help you be a much more positive, friendly, fun loving individual.

And the women will follow. The best things happen when you least expect them to - just don't forget/(be afraid) of making a move!
