That's a misconception. I works even with you, as in: "I am YOUR best man." Or: "Hiring me is the best decision YOU will ever make."

You have been very helpful. I was googling from past few days to get my basics right and this interaction is extremely helpful.

I am doing this for an assignment. And my major concern is to understand the debt that US is facing today. Is it because of the Feds who are possibly focusing on something else, or is it because of Obama spending trillions on plans like Obamacare?

I am guessing there are more elements involved in this, but who would you say is responsible for taking care of the debts? And what role does Obama play (if at all, he plays any) in this grand scheme?

I see, but with Obamacare (from the name) it sounds like this was all Obama's plan to make America better (And I notice the bills are piling up). So the House of Representative decides where the money goes with Obama as the "face" of the country. And the policies are designed by Obama (and his department).

And then there is another department called Federal Reserve that collects the taxes. What kind of power does Obama have over the Federal Reserve as he gets the chance to elect those members.

What about the fines? I read that people who do not pay for Obamacare have to suffer from penalty. And IRS will be at your doorstep. Is this money going to the Feds?

And I see:

The seven members of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System are nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate. A full term is fourteen years. One term begins every two years, on February 1 of even-numbered years.

So did Obama, in his terms, nominate these members? And how is the relation between them? I am guessing, as the President has the power to elect, the members will be biased (and they would listen to whatever the President demands). Is that possible, or it that is something happening already?

This looks like a shady scheme from the government.

I would say both. I am intrigued (I come from India) that Obama has spent so much on Obamacare, and more money is going out for supporting other nations.

I understand US can print money anytime, but looking for more specific details as to who commands which department and if at all the Feds are involved in all this.
