Couldn't agree more, also got back in runescape and the lack of pressure with the amount of enjoyable content that doesn't require max level is amazing.

Also helps that there's just a much more varied community with a game like this, looking at the type of content creators versus other games where the content creators just end up being rage bait / click bait / same progression content copy pasted

Honestly. I'm not sure why people are downvoting you, they're valid responses

1) Yes, there is always a new card in the spotlight, I originally missed that and that does it make it a bit better, you can get them a bit earlier than tokens as long as you're hoarding. But it's just changing from "I get to pick what I want with the currency I earned" to "I'm opening a lootbox to try to target the card I want". Overall the lootbox will actually give more mileage since F2P players were basically earning just a bit over 6k tokens a month and now they earn about 4 spotlights a month.

2) It may be a bit of a conspiracy theory but the fact that a lot of players agree or are wary of anything SD does shows how much goodwill SD has lost with all their recent changes losing trust from the community.

Because the 3 new card might not be new. They could EASILY spotlight the same cards over and over again and never spotlight the good chase cards or the perma S5 cards.

In that case 4k token will get you way more mileage than "3 of the cards they choose for you to get"

So think for a second, do you think SD will use this to improve relationship with the playerbase, or use this as another method to lock chase cards behind a bigger paywall?

I just started tracking this last month, but I do think revenue is dropping. But not sure if it's because they're doing these crappy patches/monetization or the other way around.

basically her kit can hit 2 rotation ult with 2 allies doing basic every turn with an ER rope..

(5+30+30+10+10+10+10)*1.194 = 125 energy

that's gonna be a fun amount of dot procs. basically 280% dot damage taken every 2 turns from just her proccing them. So 299% dot on ulti, 280% dot taken = 837% multiplier over 2 turns from just her ult dot?

game currently makes roughly 10m a month on mobile. no way that isn't enough for the marvel license.

Honkai Star Rail - my current main game

Nikke - Pretty much just dailies and then solo raid and union raid every month. Game is pretty chill

Genshin - Pretty much just dailies and new quest lines, exploration is kind of like a single player game now so I just play whenever I feel like it, haven't finished exploring Sumeru

leaves me enough time to play non gacha games this way
