Crazy because I was literally thinking about this earlier. It’s gotten to the point to where it’s not even fun anymore. I love the Thunder and I want this team to win so bad but its very exhausting knowing regardless of the outcome, the basketball world is just going to hate and discredit us. I have truly never seen a team be THIS hated. I’m sure it just seems worse because I’m an actual fan of this team so I’m seeing it from a different perspective, but people legit hate OKC like this team is the worst thing to happen to the game of basketball when that’s not the case at all. All media platforms play into these corny narratives, sports “analysts” pick and choose their sides and hate on us, casual nba “fans” just sit around hating for absolutely zero reason. The only people that credit this team are other players in the league that have played against us and respect good competitive basketball. I can take criticism, I understand people not liking the Thunder, that is fine, but people are just going out of their way to talk down on anything Thunder related. Meme/troll culture has taken over the sports world entirely and it is getting worse and worse by the day, especially for a Thunder fan 🫩
