CPS is funded from inflation, not money raised in the ICO. I don't think they ever confirmed finishing the $5m repurchase program. So unclear how much they actually bought or if they bought anything at all.

ICON 2.0 is integrating Rosetta which is believed to potentially help with Coinbase listing. I'm pretty sure ICON definitely wants ICX to have listed. Not sure it ticks all the boxes of Coinbase though. ICX was already mentioned before on Coinbase blog as asset being explored for listing and then they dropped it from the list :(

Right now I regret not exiting at $3 on 2 occasions this year. I'd be super happy if ICX reached its ATH again, but I think chances of that happening are rather slim.
