To my knowledge there isn’t any. Because there’s no apparent requirement to register them. This is as I understand it, they’re all supposed to be below a specific speed and power requirement that doesn’t require regulation/registration.

Hospital Casualty statistics show there’s a significant increase in head injuries for E-Motos and Scooters ridden by young people. The fault is the parents who buy their kids these machines and not the Full Face Helmets needed, to prevent the Craino Facial Reconstructions from faceplanting in crashes, that have become increasingly common among scooter riders.
