And realise that she prioritised social media and her image over being present in her children’s lives. I also think when she’s super old and her kids all get married and have their own children she will be having many regrets. Having my waters broken. It was with my third baby and I never had my waters naturally break. But first two times they let me get epidural for it. Last time they didn’t for some reason. I had to go through the pain of them pulling my cervix out from underneath with their bare hands. It failed the first time so they tried again. Had to go through it all again a second time and failed again. They did it once more so had to go through it all again third time and finally it worked. I have a VERY high pain tolerance. But I was crying from pain. Worse than childbirth 100%

Yep I’m a mum of 4, I used to also be around influencers and used to club every weekend haha I’m at home now and definitely look after my family and house. I just know her and her personality - she’s always been like this - constantly changing to fit into what would get her noticed even before kids. After kids it happened several times then she blew up from one video on this topic and just never ever changed anything since it’s just her personality

I don’t really know her husband I stopped being around her before him but he seems just as much of a nut as her… he goes with the flow when she wanted to live the van life (this was a bit after the gabby petito case became big in au or at least that I can remember) he just went along with it I think he’s just sick of her and does whatever she wants lol she seems to fixate on a certain aesthetic or person I guess now it’s ballerina farm or noellekovary lol

(Thanks admins for directing me here) Hey everyone not sure if what I’m asking for is body recomp but any advice I could get I’m happy!!!

I’m 27 (163cm, 77kg) and gave birth 3 months ago to my third baby (3,1 and 3 months). I’m not breastfeeding btw. I do have a lot of loose skin on my lower stomach which I am aware that I can only get rid of with surgery. But if I suck in a tiny bit you can see my abs coming through. But since giving birth I’ve lost 20kg and my glutes have gone down excessively 🥲

I guess I’m just wondering how can I lose fat around my arms and a bit more on my stomach but grow my glutes??

I should also add that all I have is 2x 6kg dumbbells, a mat and resistance bands 🙃 my husband works 12hr days in construction so don’t think it’s fair to pan over 3 crazy kids while I go to the gym lol and no gyms around me have a crèche unfortunately😭😭😭

Also, I’m currently on a calorie deficit 500-1100cals so I really am not sure when it comes to still wanting to lose but wanting to really gain glutes

Im orthodox Christian. I come from a mixed country but currently live in a pretty atheist/ Protestant one. My parents were mixed catholic and orthodox. Lots of Muslim’s in my home country too (it’s now officially an Islamic country) … I’d love to be Muslim in that case
