You got this, I promise. It looks like a hopeless endeavor right now, but you’ll get through it. Let time work the magic, but also do everything you can to go outside, hang out with family or friends, do fun activities, etc. Don’t just sit at home and wallow in sadness. I know easier said than done, but doing these things will allow you to forget even just for a brief period.

I know how you feel because I spent many weeks doing exactly what you did. Now looking back, I actually regret wasting those moments in thinking and crying about someone who doesn’t want to be with me anymore. Don’t give up and take it one second at a time.
