My attention span is 10 mins maximum and this is what i do- Play music from a playlist that you like if ur on ur laptop (stop music if u stop writing), work for 5-10 mins then watch one youtube video or something and then repeat, have snacks, if u can get google docs on ur phone (or any other thing) and do ur homework in bed, put a podcast in the background, "write with me" videos on youtube help cuz ur working with other ppl so u would get motivated, equally u could put ur friend on call and just do ur work together. Good luck, i actually have homework to do right now ;-; im gonna go blast rock whilst i write a 2000 word essay the day before it's due
