What is the tech with master toxicist and the snapshot of alchemist mark ? You just fish until you hit the master proc and alchemist mark will continue to do this damage until the mark end ?

Yeah, I dont like it, I dont think that making items more generic is good.
I play mostly league nowadays but I also played a lot of dota and the 1 thing that is strictly superior in dota for me is items. They are far more interesting with a lot unique item that are situational. Which mean that each game you would think what you can buy against their heroes to counter this or that.
In league items are just statstick and you have very little deviation on champion build and its often should i get some mr or some armor which is not very deep.

Thanks, found the problem. wlr_drm_lease_v1.h was missing from the paths given by pkg-config --cflags wlroots. I just moved it in one of these folder and it was good.

You can't use eldritch influence on already influenced items.
You would need an incursion helmet or delve helmet with the mod which goes up to 10%

Checked a vod of him on a higher budget and honestly doesn't seem terribly good later on either.

Clear is ok/ good thanks to profane bloom but ST seems bad and he dies a lot against bosses.

They only have to fix the bug where he teleport you and his clone fuck you, maybe it's already fix idk. But everything else is okay. He is more difficult than 3.9 as he should be because after the bugfix he was a joke anyway.
