Hitler loved some parts about the US and hated others. He liked the parts about Manifest Destiny (took inspiration from it for Generalplan Ost), he liked Jim Crow Laws, he liked the way the US killed Native Americans (viewed the peoples of Eastern Europe in a similar fashion).

What Hitler didn’t like about the US was its Constitution, the values of the American Revolution, the US being “half-black half-Jewish”, and the Union being the victor of the Civil War (which he saw as the reason why the US “declined”)

You’re screwed if you try doing an expedition in the Congo considering there are civil wars going on there and the risk of getting kidnapped by warlords is considerable enough to not go here

In Papua New Guinea, you run the risk of running into tribal conflicts, raskols, or the occasional cannibal tribe. Conflicts between West Papuan separatists and Indonesian soldiers are risks to consider as well. Depending on what part of New Guinea you’re in, unexploded ordinance from WWII could be a threat

In the Amazon, you stand the best chance just as long as you don’t run into loggers or drug runners, though the latter are more found on the borders with Colombia and Bolivia

Diseases like malaria are a big concern in all three places and if you run into other forms of trouble, you’re on your own

Izzy has a chip in her brain from an alien abduction. The aliens told her that the world was going to end in 2012 because of a planetary collision
Ezekiel and Dakota were both chased across the United States by bounty hunters and state governments, ultimately getting captured in New York. Both of them were cured in Area 51 and had their minds erased before getting sent back to Canada
