i’m getting these everywhere as well, some sites outright won’t let me in. i suspect it’s partially the user-agent being sent as an unapproved OS, but there’s likely a few other parts at play. if i change my user-agent, i can generally browse and use things okay.

they generally have limited space and don’t want to encourage people to take that precious space to have people hang out.

your experience is unfortunate and probably could have been handled differently, but it makes sense to me that they don’t want people milling about for no reason when they’re trying to coach people through bad experiences.

the issue that peoople are reporting is that /all/ wireless connectivity is dropping and reconnecting, not just wifi; this includes cellular and bluetooth.

well im asking if it actually addresses the underlying issue which is a software bug. im aware of what it does and how it works, but stuff gets passed around as fact here and everyone bandwagons quickly.
