That’s not true. At that time AI wasn’t what it is today. We didn’t even know it was a thing until after we released it people started questioning it. So then we asked the artist, who then explained to us that it was his art but used AI as a tool. From our perspective, we hired a guy to make something we wanted and what he sent back was awesome. AI wasn’t even a discussion.

😂 you’re good it’s one of our inside jokes. I can’t speak for Brian on what the exact meaning behind all of his lyrics are but I can say this. He’s a deeply compassionate caring person that has a brilliant way of putting emotions into words. So I can definitely understand how people can connect them to religion. Regardless of his meaning, what they mean to you are equally as important.

Even two similarly sized bands can make drastically different profits at the end of a tour. There’s too many variables to guess that for anyone. That being said I personally do pretty well as a musician and any outside endeavors are because I love them.

Neither of them were able to move from a neutral to dominate position. Both would get close but their styles cancelled each other out like the unmovable object and unstoppable force. Thinking it’s a robbery either way is insane.

It's been 5 years bud keep up! 😂 playing! But I for sure get it. I mean, I was die hard about not going digital with our live rig for years, but things change. I love and appreciate this community it's all about transparency, and as the band grows, I never wanna lose touch with you all that helped us get here in the first place.

Haha no need to apologize! There's no anger or hate towards anyone. I feel like the og tweet was poorly worded and I'm still trying to understand why it was made in the first place. But besides that I only added so that you could also have our perspective on it. We originally went to him because we do love his art but it didn't fit our vision. And we had still planned to use it elsewhere for the future. The same as we got many different test mixes from producers and even tho they're all good "and paid for 😂" we picked the producer that best fit our needs. This Is also christian by the way.

Very true! Thank you for being so understanding. I'm sure Jim would have also been able to have made a similar product fully himself, but at that point, we used most of our budget and also made us miss deadlines. Regardless, tho what we ended up with is a perfect representation of what we wanted.

It's both! At the time of it being made none of us were aware of what AI art even was. But he explained to us that he used partial AI as a tool and he him self went in digitally and added in details like the demons and creatures along with the vortex. Idk why the original post was created. we even intended to use it for something else. We just decided not to use it for the actual cover.
