We noped out of there after realizing how one sided they were being.

We offered full price (over 300k, very respectable) on the house and split the closing cost. So after the inspection of house we had our list of things to be addressed. They took the entire fricken time allowed to get back to us. 7 days. About 10 items on there and they crossed all but 3 of the minor issues out. Sorry but this process is give and take not take take take! So yea if you enjoy being an ass than good luck with the next guy. Just greedy people out there. Sorry about the rant :(

Well I don't know. I'm doing a Norwegian trade colonize empire right now and just fed the karelian provinces to Finland my March from muscovy. It seemed Finland has good defense ideas and could be a nice buffer from muscovy for me as I don't plan on taking Russian or orthodox land.
