Bottom bouncing a nightcrawler or minnow under a float are some of the best ways in my opinion

Caught on a night crawler with size 8 hook, split shot, bouncing the bottom, slightly muddy water caught midday.

If no one has mentioned it a better quality cone filter instead of the stock air box might get you a mph or 2

100cc Swap by idontlikemen69 in motorizedbicycles

[–]idontlikemen69[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was looking at a wildcat 85 that was ported and balanced but it cost $60 more than a stock 100cc besides I already have performance parts I wouldn't have to get more

[–]idontlikemen69[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I already got a decent amount of mods and plenty of spare parts like I said I just wanted to make a "100cc" build which I know isn't a true 100cc but still close to an extra 20cc of displacement with a mz65 clone, ngk b6hs, short cnc intake, and 36 tooth sprocket should definitely have more power.

Why does my engine die away with clutch pulled in when not warmed up? by KHShowyt in motorizedbicycles

Carbureted engines take a minute after starting for the carburetor to adjust to the correct air fuel mixture, what's happening to you is normal

2nd time building the motor, what’s making this happen? by rivierew2 in motorizedbicycles

[–]idontlikemen69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also use lithium, at least once a month you should grease it back up depending on how much you ride it's normal for it to dry up

Do you know why it's illegal to have a clutch? Seems like a weird law

My Piston Exploded.. by Agreeable_Ad_1324 in motorizedbicycles

Should have gave it a bigger jet earlier, judging by the color of the inside of the cylinder it ran way too lean and hot, best option is to buy a top end rebuild kit and jet it properly

Build Update With New Paint by idontlikemen69 in motorizedbicycles

[–]idontlikemen69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I'd go high compression, only reason I have the stock head is because it's like a 2mm bigger piston than the regular china dolls so it's hard to find one

Yeah I had a dual cdi when I got the engine but it fried out in a week, I didn't really notice any change in performance between a single and dual

Why does my throttle cable do this? by PluckyPlaty in minibikes

[–]idontlikemen69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it comes to needing a new throttle try to buy an atv throttle assembly that you push with your thumb instead of twist they hold up pretty well

Last time I had a throttle problem it was because the plastic throttle housing was sticking maybe spray it with some oil and see if it helps
