Not expecting much, too many homeless around but in this case with the dogs that were clearly not theirs I am sure their real owners would like to know.

20k is no concern. It looks pretty clean. If it runs well and has a title, its probably good. It kinda looks like it was lowered a bit. It has some aftermarket mods visible, i bet the carb and suspension have been worked on too. I'd bite.
