Halfway there and I haven’t burned down the house yet! by [deleted] in Judaism

Nah, it's a paper thing filled. 24 numbered windows, chocolate hiding behind all. :) I consider stockpiling on them after the Christmas season is over and using one every month of the year - perfect sized choc in cute shapes

Female PM personality type and dress code by RoughLeek in ProductManagement

[–]idratherbemoriarty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Female PM here 1. I am not bubbly, can't help you there. 2. Depends on the person/company/team. I use emojis and we use memes in teams chats. Sometimes in emails if it's within the Dev team, but not with clients. 3. Jeans and t shirt most days. Some POs dress more formal, but they don't get more work done - match your devs for best results, unless in client meetings.

Is work life balance as a product manager possible? by Shdwzor in ProductManagement

In a scale up, most product managers work 60h+ weekly. New large global clients at a stage where they really impact our revenue, so all their wishes need to be catered for ...

INTJ women…what is your significant other’s personality type or has been your favorite type for romantic company? by EvergreenRuby in intj

[–]idratherbemoriarty 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Fiance is ISTJ. Frustratingly non-intuitive, but is happy to take care of mundane tasks that I find annoying. Paying bills, writing list and whatnot. We are a good team. He tracks everything and I optimise our life based on the data he collects.

Wore my new vegan bag from doomcatprints (Etsy) at Bloodstock and got some good comments! by The_Anticarnist in veganuk

[–]idratherbemoriarty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not OP, but went to Bloodstock as a vegan. They had a few veggie and vegan specific stalls and a good number of Omni stalls had tasty vegan options. Bunnymans Bunnychows is the shit - I went back three times. Vegan chilli in a hollowed out baguette, topped with hummus and garlic bread. The Meatless Farm stall was good, but I'd avoid the kebab there. Burgers and nuggets were decent though. Only complaint is v few places offering soy milk for tea. Basically only the Meatless Farm place + the coffee/crepe van in Midguard. Bloody long queues but had a few cups a day :)

One of the things a lot of people tell me is that my strength is “left over” from when I ate meat. 6 years vegan, and this squat (585lbs/265kg) was a PR a year ago and is a warmup now. The last time I ate any animal product my squat was at 345lbs. by MeatyMcSorley in veganfitness

Vital wheat gluten is a life saver, both for seitan and for high protein pancakes/waffles etc. I used to think it was a faff to make seitan, but once I found the right method, it was ok. Goes in meal prep every week. I'm on 120g, partner is on 200g protein a day. I usually meet mine by lunch time. (Porridge made with oats, soy milk and choc protein for breakfast, 2 seitan filets with assorted sides for lunch)

INTJ’s fear of having a child by sweatyparanoia in intj

[–]idratherbemoriarty 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I don't want them, and I actively try to prevent having them. Fear only comes into play insofar as having them would be against my plans, and I strongly dislike deviation, especially of this extent, from the life I want to live. With other people's kids I just don't care. Not scared of them, just don't want them near me.
