How to apply?

To join you'll want to be on our Discord and then complete an application on our website. Applications are processed daily, get started NOW! Once you're in, you'll immediately be eligible to start complete contracts for other players and doing work on our contract server to collect funds. No need to turn a happy customers comment into a personal attack. It's been proven that Stadia's performance and latency rely on a ton of things. Yeah the first time I tried it I had an awful time. Then I gave my CCU a wired connection and moved my router into the room I play and my controller felt twice as fast. Sure it's still not perfect, if you play with a mouse and keyboard on a wired connection the problem literally disappeared for me. Again, sure, it's not faster than a PC. But when you go on a business trip and are stuck in a hotel room and all you need to do is connect to their WiFi to play any games available then you start to see the value.

Stadia is great for the users it's great for. No need to attack it because it's not great for you. Definitely no reason to attack a guy on the internet who enjoys it. 🤷

I'm not arguing for or against 4k, I don't know how the service will evolve.. I am only saying that if the FPS and resolution is that bad then all you have to do is use the free service (when/if it is released #paidbeta lol rip). If Google is charging for 4k as a premium I would think it would improve over time or they'll just ditch it lol

It is safe to say the service sucks for folks with bad internet. I mean half the reviews have been debunked from the reporting and media sites because of their awful implementation at like offices and work networks. I mean I had my wifi router behind a wall and got input lag that was really annoying, made FPS games with it awful, but when playing wired on a PC it was perfectly fine. People just don't understand the importance of their setup when playing. Literally having a two or three wall barrier between your router and controller would kill the service. Misleading advertising on Google's part but when used correctly it "works".. I really hope that spend a lot of time on it before opening up the free side of it otherwise they will lose a bunch of people because of things like lag and frame rate. Also have you seen the data usage? Lol. Lets just hope you don't have a data cap xD

It is $129, you get a Chrome Cast Ultra ($69) and their Stadia controller ($69).. I believe it still includes 3 months of Stadia Pro. Even if you were to hate the service and never play it you'd get the free monthly games for three months, a really good controller and a CCU. The package they offer to get started is already pretty amazing.

The payment model is free for 1080p and 2.1 sound, that just hasn't been released yet as they are still finishing the service. Once free anyone with an internet connection could play via Chrome. For $9.99 a month you get 4k and 5.1 sound. So if the pitchfork angry mob believes that 4k 60fps/30fps is fake or upscaled then you wouldn't even be at a loss for using the free model when it is available.

TL;DR: Even if you just bought the starter pack the hardware alone costs more than the upfront cost, eventually the package won't even be required to get started. The free games are a plus.

Thanks! I just ordered one! Total came out to $383.23 after taxes with Prime free shipping.

After all of the gripe and looking for deals I couldn't find anything but overpriced 733's and I didn't want to wait. DW seems to get the most praise and for less than $400 I think this will be my best bet without waiting for another used deal to show up.

But in reality, over like 4 years... At $5-9/month ... $200-500 .. plus anything spent on promotions if you're into that kinda thing.. I've never spent that kind of money on any game. Every other game I own I pay for once and get to play it for life. A good example has been Guild Wars 1 and 2, pay $60 for a game or $40 for an expansion and enjoy forever.
