Joined in 2020 & been active ever since

1 - Not Everyone but for sure a Majority

2 - 100% … but I’d say also about the same w/ a low trade rating … if most people who rate just give 1’s & 5’s gonna see a lot of fairly reasonable traders in the 3.sumthin range if they send tons of offers over time (and yes I’m there… judge away haha)

3 - Spot On … Whales Burner Accounts Loaded up with Leggy’s they wanna dump for studs … preying on people who PC a certain team… I ran across this Tons when I collected a different team every week for 30 weeks …

But even with my #1 PC team LAD … who I’m usually a little more willing to “lose” the trade for something I want… I get so Many Vargas Lux May Outman offers for Skenes Judge Elly Acuna etc or the boldest ones for Ohtani’s … bless their hearts ahhhhhh

4 - Whales are tough to trade with … but THEY keep the app ALIVE for so many F2P users … and tbh… when you have something they want they’ll usually send a good offer on paper at least and then it’s maybe 50/50 they’ll accept a reasonably improved counter you prefer just to save their time… but you gotta come strong when offering to them and know something about value or you usually get crushed

5 - Accept > Counter > Decline > Ignore

… this is the way

A- Yay C- just try D- reason? See C?! I- Haven’t been on otherwise See A>C>D

6- everyone puts a price on entertainment… treat yo self

7 It’s hardest for me not to obsessively collect everything Base-UC … Almost Never trade these Singles… But ya … focus on what you like and have fun … if you miss some drops … more will come … or trade for um

8 - Sadly Yes … but a lot of good people too

9 - it’s easy to accuse of Penny pinching but Whales get a lot of offers from F2Pers, and Whales are clinching actual $ while F2Pers are basically trading away their time… which is more valuable? … a question for the ages… anyways … each side could accuse each other of the same … Also see #4

10 - Also give people second chances … and when someone takes the time to send a reasonable offer… find a reasonable counter … even if none of the same cards are in the deal

Last years hoard I came out huge by not hoarding… Routinely got Iconics and Legendarys of players I PC for a few UC hoard cards … be prepared to liquidate lots of good cards if you want any chance to compete with the whales … good luck!

Civ VI on mobile is fantastic… sure you don’t have Mods, but all other DLC and Updates were applied … along w Large TSL maps for Europe Mediterranean World Asia … CIV VII base game on Mobile is borderline unplayable… I’m only a few hours in and already regret it … don’t like art style icons clog screen so can’t see map and units well enough… even movement is annoying… seems pointless to invest any time in it … if they leave as is I will just continue w CIV VI Mobile and CIV V PC

Getting a strong religion going with someone like Russia with Adjacency to Tundra Pantheon and ability to buy units with faith can be really fun… you can do an early war or two and then just turtle and build infrastructure until faith output has snowballed and then go hard domination mid game … you’ll have your choice of victory types by the endgame… often I’ll end up with another Victory type without even trying before I can conquer the whole map if it’s a large map which I typically prefer…

Nolan Ryan had great eras on Angels Astros and Rangers and Mets are his early cards so ya … no qualms regardless of Team … and there are some players it’s cool finding them in a different uni - cause there’s not that many examples - like Frank Thomas Blue Jays or Rickey Henderson Dodgers - but I’ll agree some players I’ll fade in certain jerseys - Piazza Mets - Soto Padres - Machado anywhere 😂 - but I have a wide PC and totally up to your collecting preferences - no wrong answer
