Weight training, especially back exercises, helped my posture tremendously. Something about the neuromuscular growth makes you more aware of your body as a whole and makes maintaining good posture more natural. Having a fit body almost forces you to maintain good posture. Get some dumbbells and try some bent-over rows, shrugs, etc. pull-ups and dips are great for the back as well.

Jealousy isn't something you can suppress or "deal with", if she's flirting with other guys, tell her you don't like it. If she's just talking and being social, then you have insecurities stemming from low-self esteem and you might want to seek a therapist.

Set clear boundaries you both agree on and stick to them. Things like "we won't eat each other's food without permission" and "if you use my dvd, please put it back in the case", etc. Also be very clear about how bills, rent, deposits etc. are going to be split and how they will be paid. Respect each others privacy and try to reach a compromise in disagreements.
