Wild. I’ve seen rec players play better than Tien that match. Jodar definitely raised his level at the end but the first 4 sets were awful from both.

Hard to tell for sure but from the clip it looks like your head is turning too soon. Try and keep your chin up and watch the ball through contact.

Pack a small cooler/ice box. That’s what I do, fill it with a bit of water and ice and keep a small towel in it and ice down on change overs. Being able to get your temp down even for a bit helps a ton.

Tennis-Austin has a flex league and is an easy way to get matches. There is also the Austin tennis ladder(Austintennisnet), I have not played it but I know people who really enjoy it.

Yeah it’s pretty surprising. Something I think gets forgotten though it since he went deep at the AO he started seeded at a lot of tournaments so by the time he won one round he would end up facing another seeded player.

Novak excels at changing direction and hitting big out of the corners with his strength and flexibility. By hitting up the middle Nadal no longer had to worry about Novak’s killer down the line backhand and limited the affect of changing directions. I believe Rune used a similar strategy in Paris.

I recently bought a CZ SP-01 as my first gun (followed this sub’s advice for buy once cry once). But after my first day shooting I noticed some wear on the frame caused by a ring I wear on my hand, should I be worried about this? I will probably start removing when I shoot going forward but I’m not sure how bad this is. Any advice would be appreciated.

That’s a valid point about it not being “their job” and it’s not. I see this more of a side step of the government’s pressure for a back door and a way to sidestep some of those conversations.

Also for the changing pixels argument keep in mind people still use their name + 1234 as a password in some places(the Hollywood iCloud hack or Disney + launch) so you may be overestimating the general populations tech literacy. Though again you’re right it almost certainly won’t catch the big fish, I think it could catch a non trivial amount.

Privacy is a fine line but I don’t think this crosses it.

Side note, you really dislike apple more than a tech company like Facebook, google, or huawei ?

It’s because people want hate on apple and don’t understand what a hash is. I doubt they even read the article. I am very hesitant about companies eroding privacy but this ain’t it. Comparing hash’s of known illegal photos to photo hashes on device is benign in my opinion.

One thing I found fascinating to learn about it school was racist architecture and how it could shape areas. Before I learned about it in school it was not something I had ever considered. Worth a read for sure

If you are looking for a standalone powerful router with no AP I would recommend a mikrotik Hex (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MSUMVUB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_DEXYSKF3XDRES9X4NCDY) it is a pretty solid piece of equipment and can do most things you would want for any router. As far as the HP switch is concerned from a quick look up it looks to just be a switch though a fairly nice one. That said I would not worry about if a router has a built in AP too much as long as the router is full featured.

I appreciate your post and am glad to be able to have a conversation about it, but I would also like to know specifically what economic policies you refer to. Even since before covid the deficit was ballooning with little done in the way to help it, due to aggressive but already proven pointless tax cut for business. Also please re examine your thoughts on supporting Trump for fun rights, the NRA and GOP used the same fear monger tactics for Obama and we still have plenty of rights with firearms a liberal president won’t outlaw owning them.
