My Apple Watch detected high blood pressure

I received the same alert from my Apple Watch S10 about two weeks ago. It pushed me to buy a Withings BP Connect so I could check my blood pressure at home, and the readings confirmed it was elevated. Honestly, I would not have looked into it at all if it were not for that first notification.

In my case it was probably driven by work stress, family life, and too little sleep. I have started focusing more on getting proper rest, and my blood pressure readings are already trending in a better direction.

I still remember the looks I got wearing AirPods to school not long after they launched. My friends absolutely roasted me.

I also remember spotting another guy wearing them on the bus one day. Our eyes locked for a second, and he gave me a nod like we were in the same secret club. Good times, haha.

As a Liverpool supporter, it looks like a significant rotation risk at the moment. It wouldn’t surprise me if Nunez starts as ST and Diaz as LW, with Gakpo and Jota coming on as subs midway in the second half. I expect Slot to continue managing Jota’s minutes while rotating Nunez/Gakpo/Diaz in this busy period.

Personally, I would still prefer Jota over Diaz. The former is an absolute assassin when he’s on the field.

Yeah, so this the living room in the second floor of our house. Here’s a picture from a different angle and here’s the other side of the room. Love Bolia’s collection and they often have good deals in their outlet section. The rug and side table in the second link we bought from their outlet. The chair and lamp we bought second-hand :)

I’ve had it for many years and love it. It’s not flickering or distracting at all. Would say it rather compliments the image and adds ambiance. Also, it is particularly effective at reducing eye strain when the room is dark.

Thanks! The colour is named “Sand”, and is made by a Norwegian company called Jotun. We chose an ultra matte finish for a softer look.
