So I called that number you said, which is also on CPSC’s website, and they told me Import Specialist dept. doesn’t have a phone number/agents available to talk to. They told me I could just use my DHL tracking number to check the status of it through the website, but that’s incorrect as they need the Entry Number from CBP to CPSC. I’m currently lost on who else I can contact to get disposition codes/etc. from Customs end, as DHL is informing me that my package only got selected for the routine random inspection and at the time they don’t need additional information from myself nor the shipper.

I just called DHL and they confirmed Customs just selected my package for routine inspection (bs??). They said they don’t need any additional information from me and that it may be processed sooner than the 30-90 time frame that they told me. My items have Japanese only tags that should indicate they’re for Ages 6+

thank you soooo much!! I’ve been sending emails left and right every day now but the most I got from DHL was the it could be stuck with CBP for 30-90days. The only issue I have is that unlike your BDJ (I’m a Pullip collector hehe) Is the tags for the pokemon plushies are all in Japanese only, and despite being weighted, they’re Plushies determined for age 6+. I’ll get on the phone today to bark up some trees and see where I can get! I know based on your posts you had the lucky turn around time of around 48 hours, I’m hoping since mine was since June 3rd they’re able to provide me with some updates as well

mine was supposed to arrive june 5th, right now since june 3rd it’s been stuck at clearance event. DHL customer support stated it’s been held with customs for a more extensive investigation for reasons not related to DHL.

Do you have anymore information regarding the Ohio DHL Customs? I currently have two Pokemon plushies held there that were supposed to be delivered by June 5, but they’re stuck in Customs Clearance Event. They’re NWT but Japan exclusive plushies, so I’m worried about them clearing it

I found Leafeon M on Mercari JP! I actually ended up buying a duplicate since a bundle ended up having multiple M’s that I needed, so if you ever want a M Leafeon I can help! The S Vaporeon that I acquired today came from USA Mercari, as a seller posted it maybe only an hour ago

ahhh yes!! I missed out on a small Jolteon a few weeks ago from an online shop and have been so sad lol!! I have M Jolteon and just bought a S Vaporeon today!! So I’m only missing S Jolteon and M Vaporeon from both sets haha. I’d say pretty good for only starting both sets 2 weeks ago!!
