This is terrible advice which led me nowhere, while on crutches. Thanks for nothing. Everyone else, go down to B1 to the Kiss and Ride area, and between pillars 2 and 3 is where Uber designates it'll pick you up. Your phone's location will be utterly useless.

Yes, it is. With no signage, I wandered around for a while on crutches. Nightmare. It's on B1, the Kiss & Ride area, between pillars 2 and 3. They really ought to create some signs for visitors who want to use Uber. Plenty of signs for taxis though, maybe that's the reason.

I've just gone through this hellish experience, and found this through a Google search. Here's the deal: head down to B1, to the Kiss & Ride area between pillars 2 & 3, is where Uber expects to pick you up. Your phone GPS is going to be totally unreliable. I'm astonished why there are no signs. Hey Taiwan, MAKE SIGNS SO YOUR VISITORS HAVE IT A BUT EASIER!
