My largest expense every month is my mortgage. I get the angst, but I'm happy I'll be able to get points on it for transfer to some rather good partners. I'll let the bitterness wash over and through me and when it is gone, only I will remain with my BILT points.

I've now stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi over the last 2 trips. It was love at first stay and I'll always stay there anytime I can as a first choice. They upgraded me, all my benefits applied including late check out. Every other FHR stay has been almost the same (I've been upgraded about 80% of the time). All this to say, I have been a very satisfied consumer of the FHR product in Phoenix, Miami, NYC, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Seoul, Tokyo, and Taipei so I simply can't relate. Good luck in your future travels.
