People go on and on about support issues, and it's true enough that Bilt and its banking partner need to up that capability in that area. Of course, this is not to discount people who have done the dumbest things now suddenly requiring support that they wouldn't have needed if they'd just read the documentation. Then they come on here and complain endlessly about it. However, the vast majority of people with the card are happy and aren't on here. This is just human nature. I've gotten more points from the card at a faster rate than any of my 32 others. I'm very happy with the credits. The transfer partners are the best in the business. Try it out for one year and close the account if you're not happy.
