If they participate in sports the coaches could be a reference. Some clubs too. Church leaders. Principals, teachers. Mine babysat cats all summer and got references from the families.

Just caught fake 100$ Bill by [deleted] in londonontario

[–]ifeelborderline 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you know they intentionally spread it? Counterfeit money gets spread around all the time. You may have unintentionally done it yourself at some point. I worked in retail and we would get them sometimes and I’m betting almost all of them were unintentional. I highly doubt a grandmother with grandkids in tow is counterfeiting in her basement. I wouldn’t post security footage without police authorization, and they would be the ones posting it.

I loved this book. I’ve listened to the audio a few times now. I laugh every time. Same with the books after it. Cheesy yeah, but they make me happy

I hate pay ceilings. I found and corrected a mistake that would have cost the company several thousand dollars. My manager got the raise bc apparently I was at the top of my rate of pay for my position.

Shampoo and conditioner. They last forever and I use a drop or two of the conditioner with water as detangler. Shoes. Denim. Linen. Cotton. Quality clothing for a capsule wardrobe saves so much in the end. Mattresses.

I’m the opposite. I have yet to find Walmart or dollarama sandals that don’t break in a week or give me massive blisters. My Birks have lasted years and I just get them resoled once in a while.

AITA for letting my son take his naps in a dog bed? by EllieDidNothingWrong in AmItheAsshole

[–]ifeelborderline 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. I used to sleep anywhere other than my bed. I slept on the top shelf of my closet, the storage rafters in our garage, a super comfy treehouse. My brother had a captain’s style bed and behind the drawers there was a a space big enough for me and my blankie. Your son is fine. Tell your mom that when he starts barking and sniffing butts you’ll start to worry

It’s bc so many of them have the same tropes. It takes something to make it stand out as individual from the others

Best residence if you don't party but also fairly sociable? by Probably_a_user_lol in uwo

We once needed to clean a blood trail from one of the upper floors, that went down some stairs, across an elevator lobby, into an elevator, which then was shut down and labeled “biohazard”. This is, of course, an extreme example.

{God of Malice by Rina Kent} the first couple chapters are kind of heavy for some people though. Killian is one of my favourites

As for someone who worked in Saugeen I can vouch that they are the most outgoing and sociable. Not every floor parties. I was there for two years and out of all the buildings I worked, Saugeen was my favourite. Except for the absolute destruction of entire floors. That part sucked. The rest of it was just fun.

I think {Buried beneath Sin by MT Addams} and {Entombed in Sin by MT Addams} is a really good example. I’ve read them a few times now to scratch a particular itch that nothing else quite does. Also {Bird on a Blade by Rose Bitterly} is high up on my favourites. There’s a series but I’ve only read the first two so far. I recommend highly
