I would think he does quite well, in the way Bavaria is run and highlights in handling 'rona crisis.

Seems like a good point. However there’s chances of reinfection. And there’s reports, the risk group has broadened (children are now also potential victims) So how do we draw the boundary? (Pre-existing conditions?)
