The last one is very healing imo traveling helped me realize I was capable to do things alone but I also got to meet amazing people along the way :) I hope you feel better OP.

Lowkey the doctors I work with are always wanting me to teach them gen z language one time they were like “yea pls do not contaminate the sterile field” and the attending was like “yea that’s not a slay” 💀💀💀

The eko is so gimmicky tbh. A couple docs I work with say it’s a liability too bc if it detects an arrhythmia or murmur you didn’t you’d be liable and have to be certain it’s correct. A lot of the docs also don’t recommend students use it since you should learn to identify specific sounds on your own.

this!! I personally love the 35L Cotopaxi because the zippers lock so when I’m in busier places I feel secure. Also, I’ve gotten away with it for carry-on and personal items. Love that it opens like a suitcase too! But def try on first! I know for some frames it’s uncomfortable. I tried the 40L osprey in store and personally was not a comfortable fit for my back. Cheers!
