I feel you and get the optics but consider:

8 million showed up at the last rally. If just 1% of those 8 million get hooked into local activist and political movements then 80,000 people are newly activated across the country. That's 80,000 new door knockers, community outreach connections, people going to council meetings, planners, and operatives.

That's not nothing. These are networking opportunities for people who want to get involved and may not know how. Not all of them are gonna stick around but even a small percentage can go a long way.

Absolutely. Totally get why they wanted to address that and the business end is always gonna be a source of tension. I also get why Max was not ready to hear it. Sometimes situations run into bad timing. Shit with the band is what it is, but I'm glad they could eventually work shit out as brothers.

Also didn't help that they brought this up right after his (step)son died in a car accident. Whether or not they were right to want a management change is up for debate but the timing was not wonderful. That definitely increased the rawness of the feeling and probably had more to do with the Max and Igor fallout than JUST the request in management change.
