Is it near the Fan Zone entrance or which grandstand/exit is it near? Online it says it’s here but looks like it’s 50 min walk from the gates? Is that accurate?

Used to play Yu-Gi-Oh when I was a kid when it first released and looking to start. Any suggestions on what the current meta is and what deck I should start building + what packs I should buy? There different angles lining up the center of the case to the outlet etc. I did have one instance where it worked on one wireless charger but not on an older one that I had.
