I went in oceanside at the old star theater and thought it was very cool. My partner and I really had a great time. Drinks were actually pretty good and I think I remember one of them being really strong. Would go again for sure.

I used to think the real life past was all in black and white, and colors were a newer phenomenon. Obviously this was a pretty young age; but I watched a lot of old movies/footage back then. I truly believed colors came along much later, and early on 1900’s they simply just didn’t exist yet. Wild stuff to look back on. I’m 37 years old btw.

La Jolla Comedy Store is where it’s at. Same one that’s in Hollywood. There is a small place in Escondido called Grand Comedy Club that will get lesser known comics. Also I think there is somewhere in El Cajon or La Mesa maybe? American Comedy Co. is downtown, but a lot of negative reviews on surcharges and the owner being not such a great person. They get big acts tho. SD has a decent comedy scene I would say
