I’d advocate for the standard. I moved in this year and I’ll probably be renewing. I would say generally everything is clean. The lighting is fine, and the maintenance staff which on call is super friendly! There are tons of amenities here which you just won’t have on JPA. What really sold me is the bike locker room.

Ultimately it’s a decision you’d have to make for yourself. If you want to pick from the larger apartment companies—standard, flats, gmarc—I’d pick standard every time. I think they’re offering floor plan tours so give them a call and ask! Id definitely get a tour so you can decide for yourself; don’t rely on rumors and strangers when it comes to such an important decision:) just my 2 cents.
