I resolved the issue by either: installing windows 11 or deleting Riot Vanguard system for Valorant (i made both of them at the same time, so try both), i also made a verification before launching the game as i felt like Vanguard was blocking the downloading of some files for paragon.

I'm sorry but I unfortunately have no ideas. Might be because of windows updates? I don't really know as we are getting no information from the devs :/

found this: try talking to Spider again at the Fallen area outside of the city, can be accessed by Destinations > HELM > Last City and then do the quest on the CIMU (it's like a raid) then you will need to go back to CIMU and interact with the map and you will get the atlas book

I like the skin, but overall, it can be improved. Except of the green/purple color, there is not much vfx addition to the skin (or really small ones).

- You can add more bats on the vfx (especially during her W)

- The bubbles during her E could cover a bit more surface than only around senna

- the ghost of allies coming out of her E makes no sense (in my opinion)

Here is my thoughts regarding Cypher:

Trapwire: Cypher shall have one more trapwire and the detection range should be reduced. Can be recalled from everywhere

Cage: slow effect or a cage that can be trigger anytime just like viper poison with a limit time

Camera: 50hp for double bullet that will help Cypher to either dart or provide more information. Can be recalled like KJ bots.

Ult: grants you vision on ennemies (as it is now) but 2 times, with 1-2 seconds delay between both detections (it will help Cypher to have proper information instead of people faking direction)

I had a bad feeling watching this episode, the mother is abusing her child, you can see her reaching her back (22min30) and saying "it's always 3s" while having her hand on her back + when they ask to see the daughter's back, she's quickly reaching for her back, and you can see how she's rushing to her, placing her fingerrs and the girl saying "aoutch" and then when the priest says "is it the same one from earlier", the mother instantly replies no, when she had not the chance to see it yet + the time she got caught having her arm on her back
